M.S.
I'm assuming you are referring to the viral Moluskum warts? My son had those and my dermatologist gave us an irritant cream. It's a mild cream (not irritating enough to cause itching) that stimulates the immune system to go after the warts. It worked well for us. I haven't seen one on him in months. However, like others have said it can take a year or two for the virus to work itself out (i.e. for the immune system to get on top of it). Duct tape also works, but takes weeks to be effective. I would recommend seeing a dermotologist for more suggestions.
And definitely don't pop them!!
