Who knows.
#1- 5 weeks early, boy
#2- 10 days early, girl
#3- 8 days late, girl
#4- on the due date, boy
She will come when she is good and ready. :o)
My son was born at 38 weeks. Now pregnant with a girl and wondering if she'll come early as well. Who knows, right? any mom's have their girl(s) early? if so, how early?
as you can tell, I'm anxious to meet her ;)
****Thanks everyone!! Interesting how everyone is so different with their pregnancies. I love hearing each and everyone of your stories. Thanks again -- I went in for a regular check up this morning and my dr heard an irregular heartbeat on my baby girl. I am 23+ weeks now, he says it's not uncommon for this to appear, but he wants to see me again in 2 weeks to hear if it's still there. If so, I'll need to see a specialist. From what I've read online it says there is a good chance it will disappear in no time and/or at birth. I'm not too worried but want to know if any of you have had this experience.?? Thank you!!
Who knows.

I think 38 weeks is in the normal time frame. The due date is only approximately when they'll come give or take a couple of weeks. Congratulations to you!! =)
Only time will tell :)
Congrats!
I have had 10 babies so far (one more on the way). Six of them were boys and four were girls. I had 2 boys early, but none of the girls were early. However, one of my girls did arrive on her due date!
I had a boy first, then girl, both 10 days early, labors very different.
Congratulations! I have three kids. My son and older daughter were born less than a day from their due dates (he was 24 minutes late, she was 19.5 hours early). Youngest daughter shocked the heck out of me by arriving 10 days ahead of schedule.
I have two girls. First one shocked us and was three weeks early. Second one was 10 days early and I was happy because I was ready to have her a month earlier - second pregnancy was tough on me. I think it depends on the pregnancy, the mom, the baby, etc I was pretty active during both my pregnancies so I am guessing that may be why both my girls were early but I could be wrong :) Congrats! May you have a smooth labor and delivery and a happy and healthy bundle of joy. Enjoy your princess!!
Each pregnancy, is different.
My daughter was 1 week early.
But it does not depend on gender.
My friend who had a girl, she was born 1 week LATE. And had to be induced.
Just have your hospital bag, packed and ready, already.
AND have a game plan with your Husband, about you getting to the hospital when need be.
Every pregnancy is different. My 1st baby came a week early. My 2nd baby didn't come on her own.
My first daughter was 1 week late and took 6 hours to birth, My second daughter 2 weeks late and took less than an hour. IF im pregnant with another girl im afraid of how late ill be and how quick she will come, lol
Even though realistically im sure it wont be a pattern
well I was preggo with twin girls so pretty typical that I did go early but I know some momma's who made it all the way but for me I made it to 36 weeks and they were born perfect ;()) 6 lbs and 5 lbs 10 ounces.
Congrats on your baby! I know the home stretch is tough.
My 1st was my son born at 38 weeks- 8.5 pounds
My daughter 3 days prior to due date- 8.5 pounds
Good luck!
As you can tell by now - you will have no way of predicting as each child is different.
My first was born an hr before her due date - so basically right on time (8lb 3oz girl)
My second was born a wk late and I had to get induced. I would have waited another wk but the dr convinced me to get induced due to the size of the baby (turned out to be a 10lb 7 oz boy)
My son and daughter were both 2 weeks early. Who knows though. I think I really tried hard to get the girl out early too--I did ALL the tall tales, and it worked. :-)
Let's see
Baby #1 - induced 2 weeks early, girl
Baby #2 - my water broke as I was walking back into work. I was 2 days early - boy
Baby #3 - I was a week late and the doctor was going induce on a Wednesday but I ended up having her on a Monday - girl.
Good luck!!!
My DD was just over 38 weeks. It's different for different people. Friend had twins and went past her due date with them, though many people have twins early. If you have a trend, it may hold true. My other friend had 3 sons and none were later than 3 weeks early.
Be patient and best wishes!!!
Good luck and enjoy it... Try to rest as much as possible

Every pregnancy is different. Some babies just need to cook longer. My first came on her due date. My second, after thinking for months she would. Be early, came 8 days after her due date. Don't cave to your desires by inducing or getting unnecessary surgery. Your baby knows when she is ready, nobody else can predict it.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
My first son was born at 34 weeks and my second son was born at 36 weeks. At 38 weeks - for many it's considered full term!!
My daughter was born on time....
Son - 5 days late
Daughter - 6 days late
Your guess is as good as mine.
