I am in sales and we are about to start a new canvas. We like to have a theme to work along with the objectives for each campaign. We usually have themes along the lines of "Race to the Finish." One year each rep had a horse to represent them and we had a board in the office to represent a track. The finish line was the objective.
So we need a new and hopefully different theme this time around. Any suggestions are welcome.

So we have gone with a "Survivor" theme. We are split into 2 tribes and every 2 weeks there is the possibility of a new tribal leader as people establish their objectives during that time frame. Some of the friendly competition includes the opportunity for one tribe to get the Wednesday before Thanksgiving off.

How about a race car theme. You can put up a big race track on the wall and each person can have their own car.

You could have a Mountain Theme. You choose several tall mountains, i.e. Mount Mc Kinley, Mt. Kilimanjaro, K2, Mt. Everest that each salesperson has to "climb".
I'd jump on the SuperBowl bandwagon in the DFW area, pick your team names based on predictions of who will be playing here in Feb.
