A friend wanted me to ask if anybody knows of a place in Orland Park for children to take swim lessons year-round. She said they don't have a park district and she's not sure where to look for lessons.

The Village of OP has a wonderful park district with many activities, but for year round swimming lessons we go to Lifetime Fitness. You pay more per session if you are not a member, but it is reasonable.
Your friend could try Oak Lawn. I have some nieces that take lessons there. It is only 20 mins. from Orland.
Hello, Try Palos Health club 153rd or Lifetime fitness on 159th, both have indoor pools and even Riviera Country Club on 143rd, might have childrens lessons, and you might not need to be a member.
If she lives in Orland, they do have a park district. If not, try Sandburg High school. Sometimes they offer swim lessons during the year. Good luck!
I would urge your friend to look into the Orland Park Park District offerings. I used to live in Orland Park, but now live in Tinley Park. The Tinley Park Park Districk offers swim lessons at the Tinley Park Fitness Center.
