I am hoping to find a couple for whom I can carry a child for. I know what a joy it is to have children and I would love the opportunity to help another woman become a mother. I do not want to use my egg, I just wish to be a carrier. Does anyone know how I might go about finding intended parents? There are not any agencies in NY but I know several women who have been a surrogate or have used a surrogate in NY. They had friends or relatives who helped them out so they can't offer any advice as to how to go about finding a couple to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

I have a wonderful friend that can't have & desparatly wants a child. I know they were going to adopt because they gave up on their own. I think what you are doing is wonderful.

Maybe call some fertility doctors and see what they suggest. ALso, I really want to commend you on what you are doing. After trying for a long time I was blessed enough to get pregnant with healthy full term b/g twins. However, we did consider other options during that time and I was always so amazed and grateful for women like you. How amazing that there are women who are willing to help those who were struggling achieve their dream of motherhood... it's truly a beautiful thing.
