Sunblock or Sunscreen to PREVENT Tanning?

My family, including my little peanut, are heading to Vegas in 2 weeks. We all don't want to get tanned. We are already darker-skinned due to our ethnicity.

Which sun skin products can we use so we don't tan, but the same time get protection from the sun's harmful effects? Which product do you recommend for a toddler for the same reasons?

What can I do next?

Best possible protection is Blue Lizard. You can usually find this in the drugstore, I know for sure that CVS carries it. They also have a website that you can order from if you need to. They have a baby formula that is fine for the whole family to use if you want to get one bottle that suits everyone. The key ingredient you are looking for in any sunblock is zinc oxide or titanium oxide. It takes a minute to absorb, so you might look a little pasty for about 10 minutes or so. If you start the day with this, you can reapply throughout the day with one of those easy apply continous spray sunblocks. As long as you start the day off with the best possible protection and remember to reapply throughout the day, you should be able to minimize your sun damage. Have a great trip!!

Check out Kara Vita's sunscreen line. The coverage lasts 8 full hours, which is great for kids. It also has a money back guarantee. If you have any questions or are interested in ordering, you can email me ____@____.com or online at www.karavita.com. Use consultant code ocouakc. I also have samples that I could send you it you wanted to try it out.

I just bought some from Whole Foods, it is all natural and the stuff I bought also has bug repellant in it for kids too. They do have plain sunscreen for kids too. Last year I just used coppertone for kids and it worked great. My reason for the whole foods thing was for the bug repellant. We spend lots of time in Door County, Wi and the mosquitos love my 3 yr old!
