Here is my dilemma. I live in carrollton and work in the hospital district of dallas from 9-5, monday thru friday. This summer I want to sign my kids up for summer classes at the rosemeade rec ctr. The class schedules dont allow me to pick them up and/or drop them off. I would love to hire someone to do this for me. Basically be a driving service for my kids who are 11 &12 yrs old. Is that obsurd? How would I find someone willing to do this? How much is a fair price? My husband said maybe our neighbor's teenage daughter but she is traveling this summer.
There are some "kid shuttles" in the area. I've seen one in the Frisco area out by Pizza Hut park and others have been advertised.

Find a college student home for the summer or like your husband mentioned a teenager on your street you can trust. Maybe when that teenager is out of town a friend of theirs can sub. Or ask a dear friend to help you out. Hope it all works out for you. This is such a hard age to find things for kids to do.
