We are having a pizza and game night with another family of four. We both have a 6 year olds and a 4 year old. Looking for some suggestions for games that are fun for kids and adults. Thanks for your suggestions.

Cranium Hullabaloo is a great game for kids. It is hard to find, but super silly for kids. There are different shapes with different colors and they each have different pictures. It has a little speaker that says 'Spin to a triangle' or 'March to a food'. So, no reading, just scanning and doing the movement. Not sure if you wanted a game suggestion that the kids can play for a while while the adults chat. Sounds like a fun night!

Google family fun night games and you'll get page after page of them. It is always fun to scroll through and find ones that appeal to me and my kiddos.

(THIS GAME IS CALLED WHONU or Who Knew, haven't seen it written.)
My grandson had a game that everybody in the family really enjoyed. I don't remember the name of it (sorry!) but maybe someone out there will. You get dealt cards with words on them like "ice cream", "cats", "opera" etc. One person is "it" and each player puts a card from their hand in an envelope with a word that the "it" person would like. Then "it" reads the cards and ranks them from most favorite to least. You make points depending on where your word ranks. It's fun to try to think what each person might like, but of course you are hampered by the cards you are dealt. So it's a little bit of chance and a little bit of psychology. And "it" has to tell you why he ranked them as he did, thus giving you some more insight. (Plus, it helps with reading skills.)

Jenga is always a big hit with all ages in our family. There's no reading required, and it doesn't last forever or have complex rules.
