I use this one for everything!! Soft, firm and thick. the flavor and texture cant be beat! They are always the first to disappear.
NOTES:
- make sure the dough is well chilled ( I leave it over night)
- roll it out between 2 sheets of saran wrap dusted w/ flour. (dough will be sticky)
- Add flour as needed when rolling out. Try to use as little as possible, but enough so that you can roll.
- dip your cutters into flour before cutting
- Use a 1/3 of the dough at a time.
- When baking, watch your first batch and see how long it takes for them to bake - each oven is different. you want them just golden on the bottom and barely on the edges.
