I don't think you should fret about a once-off. Maybe she was just more tired last night than other nights. It happens. She's only four and a half. It probably won't happen again and even if it does, it wouldn't be anything to worry about.
My four and a half year old daughter who wakes up in the middle of the night to use the toilet unusually wet her bed last night.
Yes, there was some stress, we all had had a very hectic day, she had a lot of attension from meeting many people and her exitement got out of hand and needed to be disciplined firmly !
Thanks a ton, the responses were quick and very helpfull.

A child up to even 7 years old.... can still have night time accidents. Even Kindergarten children do.
Or, maybe does she have any stress/changes in her life?
Is this the first time she has had a night time accident?
I wouldn't worry about it at all. If she's getting through most nights without accidents are her age, she doing great!
My 3 yr old does this occasionally when he starts to get sick. A day or two before he shows any signs of being ill he will sleep very deeply and on occasion when he's done this he has wet the bed.
I would not worry about it. It was just that once. I have three kids my oldest are boys. My oldest has surgery when he was a baby and they said it might cause him to have incontinence. My oldest wet the bed regularly until he was in second grade and sometimes when he was in third grade. I never made him bad about it especially since it might be something he cant control since he had the surgery. I now only wets the bed 1-3 times a year.
My middle son is entering first grade and had not wet the bed in probably since he was 4 yrs old.
My daughter is 4 yrs old and has only had 2 accidents since she became potty trained.
I would not give her anything to drink before bed.
