I second Dermactin from Sally Beauty. I used it about 6 months postpartum. It doesn't magically make your stretch marks disappear, but it definitely made a huge difference!
I have unfortunately received a large amount of deep stretch marks from my pregnancy and was wondering if anyone has some advice on them. I am very depressed about them and it is starting to effect my love life with my husband. Does anyone have any miracle advice?

J. hello, I was very young when I had my first baby and I got very deep stretch marks on my hips, I am sorry to say there is not a miracle cure I did find that when I tanned and used lotion on a REGULAR basis they did seem to appear to be lighter! The most important of all is you have to feel good about yourself this is just part of being a mommy and you find it is so worth it I have 3 kids now and each pregnancy took a little different from me the last pregnancy 2 1/2 yrs ago did me in, however I look at my precious little girl and let me tell you see the blessing in the child and just know MOST women who have had kids have those same stretch marks it is just all in how you feel about you if it bothers you or not! As far as your sex life girl that will be fine they will fade with time! Take care and keep faith in GOD always!
I used Dermactin which is a generic Strivectin and MUCH cheaper. You can get it at Sally Beauty. I started using it when I was pregnant and I hardly got any stretch marks, I don't know personally how well it does after the fact, but I have heard good things.
try Bio-Oil PurCellin Oil you can find it at walgreens ,cvs it helps reducing the apparence of stretch marks

Try Vitamin E, the purer the better. I use "Mother's Blend" which I buy at Central Market and has kept me from getting stretch marks both pregnancies, they also claim that it helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks once you have them. It smells awful, but it a blend of Vitamin E, almond oil, and only pure oils. Hopefully that helps!
Stretch marks are totally related to genetics and your body's hormone levels. No matter how much you spend on "miracle" creams, oils and gels, you won't change your stretch mark story. Welcome to the club! :-) They will fade over time. It can take up to 2 years after you have a baby for all of the seen and unseen changes in your body to settle down to "normal."
Meanwhile, save your money for laser surgery and make love in the dark...
Over time they will deminish considerably. Then you can go to the tanning bed to fade them out even more. I know the tanning bed is not a healthy solution but belive me IT WORKS!! Once they are clear go to the tanning bed a few times and they will disappear.
Mustella stretch mark serum is what I used- they faded considerably. But- they will fade over time. I worried also, and after 6/7 mos. the dark purple had disappeared. I used Mustella because it is safe too- I was breastfeeding.
