I didn't use "sproutshell", but I used the shopping cart cover and nursing apron thing and loved them both.
I was given something similar at my shower, but it had fleece and sheepskin and I could zip it part way to see his face or all the way if it were snowing. My son was born in December so it came in quite handy.
I have one - not the exact same brand, but looks exactly the same as that. I love it. Especially when the swine flu was everywhere, and I was completely freaked out abotu my little boy sitting in the grocery cart. It keeps thei rhands clean (on the fabric) and they can sit in the cart with no danger of dirt or germs gettign their way. I leave it in the car and wash it every so often. I feel much better using it.
I sell them and people love them. Great little company too :)
