I agree 1000% with Becky W's post. I would also google Dr. Russel Blaylock and see what he has to say on the subject.
There is alot of info out there.
Some other alternatives to soy and cow's milk are: Almond milk, goat's milk and even cashew milk can be used for cooking. A friend of mine uses raw cow's milk to make yogurt and butter. I only wish I were that ambitious!
