Does anyone know of a good (affordable) salone that knows how to cut hair?
I got a reply from Patti P and she said to use Nancy at the Upstaris Hair Studio in Poway. She was excellent. I will be returning to her for her services. Very nice. Affordable too.

The Upstairs Hair Studio on Poway Rd is very good. I go to Nancy and she is great, consistently! They are in a remodel currently and a little torn up but still open
