Hello ladies!
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried any of the Slim Quick products, and if so, did they work? Did you like or dislike the product? I'm thinking of using specifically the "Slim Shots", but will like feedback on any of the products.
I do eat healty foods, and work out almost everyday, but since the Holidays I have developed a nasty little snacking habit in the evening I can't seem to kick, and it's preventing me from dropping some pounds. I have 11 weeks before a family vacay and would like to drop about 10 pounds. I'm hoping this can give me a nice kick start! Thanks ladies!
In response to some posts I have already recieved....I already DO Weight Watchers, and it does work for me!!! I DO workout, every day. I DO eat healthy foods. The reason I want to try the Slim Shots is that since the Holidays, when I gained 3 - 4 pounds, I have had a much bigger appetite, and in the evenings, after I've used my WW Points for the day ( I get only 20!!!), I'm STILL HUNGRY. So I thought these might suppress my appetite to help me lose a few pounds and help me re-gain my control back of my hunger. (It's better when I'm slimmer). So, PLEASE any feedback on the Slim Shots would be great! (As an appetite suppressor!!!!!) I have no intention of using these permanently, just a "kick start". Thank you.

Several have mentioned weight watchers. i have tried this program several times, but have not gotten the right balance from it. I have been doing some research on why you can cut calories to 1200 per day and exercise and still not lose. from what i have found a low vit D could have something to do with it. Are you getting enough? i did lose 15 pounds on the Flat Belly Diet in 30 days. I went off of it over the holidays and just need to get back on it. The food was easy and really tasty and even my kids liked most of what I made so I did not have to make seperate meals for them.
It's been my experience that nothing works better than eating less and exercising more.
I would no t d any of those over the counter weight loss things...it's pretty important to get some professional advice if you're trying to naturally lose weight. I highly recommend Dr. Justin Hoffman in NW Portland. He does HcG natural weight loss & nutritional counseling, very reasonable rates too. He even does house calls! ###-###-#### or http://naturalpathmed.com/
I've tried Slim Shots. They did nothing. They were not good tasting either, kinda gagged me. So far, the only thing that has worked for me to lose weight has been Monarch Medical Weight Loss Center. It's been the easiest plan to stick to. It's nice because you can either buy their food, or they will help you make a grocery list of things to get at the store for yourself. One hint: the reason you may still be feeling hungry is you are not getting enough protein. Try beefing up your protein intake at dinner and it should help keep you satisfied longer in the evening.
Nope! Don't waste your money! I am a slim person but I gained a couple pounds back after I stopped BF so I gave those pills a try and they didn't work. I was 107lbs and then went up to 110 after I stopped BF. Once I started those pills they made me feel sick all the time so I was having to snack more to feel better. After being on them for a week I gained another pound! So I stopped taking them. I am now taking those Mega Green Tea pills and they work much better. They are cheep, curve my hunger and don't make me feel sick. I have lost 2 pounds on them. So now I'm back to 109. You should look into those instead.
I used regular slim fast years ago and found it helpful, but very short term. It left me feeling hungry and as soon as I started eating normally again I gained back the weight and sometimes more. If you would like use those 11 weeks to permanently lose that 10 lbs. I suggest Weight Watchers.
I recommend Weight Watchers. I did it after my second and third babies were born and got that amount of weight off very quickly.
I am trying the pills right now and I really don't think it works that great, but I didn't really expect huge success. I took them because I just felt like I too needed that Jump start to get me going, but I agree, it is exercise and less eating that is the trick, not the pills. I have noticed that I do have a lot more energy and I don't feel so stressed out. I don't know why about the "not stressed out" part, but that is fine. I have been on for two weeks and lost 4 lbs. I thought I would just try for 1 month and see what it did.
Anything that claims rapid weight loss is bogus. Any results will be temporary at best. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies and take the kids for a walk or a bike ride every day. You'll lose before you know it and improve health as well as weight :)
