My SIL is getting married next November. We are thing a bachelorette party somewhere on the east coast. No stripper or any of that we just want a nice time, shopping, eating, bars maybe even a beach and a spa day would be amazing too! Any ideas of places...

What can I do next?

Atlantic City...fits everything you are looking for! I'd stay at Revel.

If you were willing to do something a few months before the wedding (August/summer) - there are wonderful spots in Michigan. Traverse City is wonderful, everything you are looking for plus awesome wineries.

But your easiest is probably Chicago. Close enough for you to drive and not pay for airfare. And always fun

Cape Cod would be my suggestion. Nantucket is so pretty and has really quaint shops, beaches, bars and eating.

Not on the east coast, but San Antonio is a blast. My daughter has gone to two bachelorett parties there. You have your old stand by Vegas as well.

On the East Coast, Savannah, Ga would be great, Hilton Head Island, Myrtle Beach. You didn't mention what time of the year the party would be. Do you want to be able to drive to the location or fly?

Where on the east coast are you looking to go? If you are looking for a nice town to visit I would suggest St. Augustine, Florida. If you are coming to DE for some reason, Bad Hair Day Hair Salon and Spa in Rehoboth is great...if you are not coming to DE for some reason that would be a long haul for just a spa but the owner does awesome things as packages so you could call and discuss.

DC, NY, Boston - so much to do in all of those locations! Rent a house in Maine? Or Newport, RI. SO relaxing and lots to do, too.

Do you want to be in the city or more of a removed, quiet place?

My number one choice would be New York City, I LOVE it! SO much to do, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping, Broadway, Central Park, it just doesn't get much better than that. And flights to NY are some of the cheapest around. No beach though, unless you go to the Jersey Shore lol!

Washington DC is great too :)
