I am finally thinking about the possibility of botox, and want to know four things:

1. has anyone had experience, good or bad?
2. how long does it last?
3. what should i expect it to cost?
4. where should i have it done, and where should i avoid?

I'm nervous about this and would really like opinions. THANK YOU!

What can I do next?

Go with something natural first. Botox is actually botulism, put into your body...

Hi S.,
I have two grown daughters and a son, 26, 23, and 21, and my younger daughter is also attending UMKC.
I cannot answer any of your questions about botox, but with your permission, I will send you some information along with a free sample of a natural alternative, called Enfutox. This is a toxin-free, pain-free, and worry-free approach to visibly improving your skin's quality and appearance. And to slow the visible signs of aging and help the skin fight free radical damage, it also has triple-patented, antioxidant-rich Vital Repair®.

I have had Botox and had a good experience with it. I used to work for a plastic surgeon and he offered Botox as a service. It was injected into my brow and forhead areas. It lasted for about 3-4 months for me, but I saw it last for up to six months on some of our patients They usually charge by the number of units injected, so the P. will vary, they usually charge about $14 a unit, and an average number of units is about 25-30 ($350-$420). I worked out of state, so I can't recommend anyone here. But if I were going to look here I'd look for a Board Certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist that offers it and be sure that the doctor or a registerd nurse does the injections, I wouldn't allow a esthetician to inject me.

S.,

It is expensive and not good for you! Go with a more natural approach and it is less expensive. You really need a face care regimen. I am an Avon rep and we have some fabulous skin care products that do the same thing and cost a lot less. Amy L that responded below uses some from me! What is your Age and specific problems? I can mail you some samples and information if you like!
