Hi,

I just bought a new pair of shoes and they have a strap that goes across the foot. The stitching on the inside of that strap is really rough and rubs against the skin. I was wondering if anyone knows of quick fixes for something like that?

Thanks,
A.

Moleskin. It's sold in the foot care isle at any drug store or a Target/Walmart. It's soft on one side adhesive on the other. Just cut down to the size you need. Nothing worse then shoes hurting or precious feet!

You could try moleskin (like you use for corns, callouses) and cut a strip the size of the strap & stick it in there.....

One time I just filed the rough part with a course nail file and it worked great!

Lambswool for shoes.

If you Google Search those exact words, you will see what it looks like.
My Mom uses it.

it is very fluffy and pads rough/uncomfortable areas.
