Has anyone used Sensa or know anyone who has? Does it work? I know there are a lot of diet scams out there but I have seen this in several reputable magazines.
I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

What can I do next?

Nope. I don't know anything about it. But just something to think about when it comes to dieting gimmicks. My MIL took the drug "Phen Phen" that was clinically tested and FDA approved. Today..she is dead from taking that drug. It wreaked havoc on her heart and lungs.

I wouldn't trust any weight loss magic pill or powder. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep and have a healthy body image goal...and save the money. Just my two cents.

I've heard it involves a lot of gagging and nausea. It's intended to keep you from eating an entire meal by making your body react to eating by growing nauseated.

Mostly I've heard rather scary reviews of it. Enough that I won't try it.

My co-worker takes it. She says she has seen no difference in weight loss. She took a Ballerina Dieter's Tea, and that, she says, is effective, it cleans you out, like a laxative would, but she's also eating smaller portions and trying to exercise more. She credits portion control with her weight loss, and some help from the Dieter's Tea, but to her, Sensa does nothing.

Wouldn't it be great if we could just sprinkle our food with magic diet dust, then eat anything we want and lose weight?

There's no magic to losing weight.
To lose one pound, you need to ...
• Eat 3,500 calories less
• Burn 3,500 calories more
• Or a combination of both

Once you really understand this, it's easier to ignore the "as seen on TV" ads.

I'm losing a sensible 2 pounds a week. If you'd like to see what I'm doing, click on my name to go to my profile. Then, click the Business tab.

I wish you success with your weight loss goals. I hope you find a plan that works well for you.

I have read and seen in a few places that this does not work.

I saw a little of Dr. Oz about it. Basically those it works for, it really works for but there are a significant amt that it doesn't work for.. Try his site.
