I rec that you skip the pills and excercise a full 45 minutes no less than 4 days a week.
Years ago, I lost almost 70 pounds. I was an obese kid.
Portion control is soooo important ! I used to eat soooo much ! And the weight followed. I had to make changes !
If you excercise while losing weight, you'll retain muscle.
One pound of fat is 3500 calories that you'll need to burn---Extra excercise will work. Yet, it doesn't happen overnight ! It's healthy to lose approx 2 lbs. a week.
I have been both obese and trim. I can tell you that excercising 2x a week will not do the trick. If you excercise 4x a week for 8 - 10 weeks, you'll reach your goal ! Take a few months to lose the weight... to retain the muscle! When you are hungry munch on raw veggies in between meals !
