Hi I am looking for a playgroup in the Midland Texas area. I have looked online but all I can find are a few on meetup.com. My family and I are new to the area and don't know anyone yet and we would love for our 3 yr old son to make some new friends. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated. Thanks
Thanks for the responses ladies. I applied for the playgroup forum. I am just waiting approval now. I can't wait to meet some new people and some kiddos for my son to play with.
B., I don't know of any play groups, but I welcome you to Midland. It is a wonderful place to live. I reared my family here and you will find that Midland's people are its greatest asset. I'm certain that you'll find a group soon.
Hi B.! I recently moved to Midland as well. Where did you move from? We're from Bakersfield, CA and moved for my husband's job. I also have a 3 year old son and a 19 month old. I had a hard time finding playgroups too. I found a nice group of moms at http://s3.excoboard.com/exco/index.php?boardid=6647
Things are kinda slow because of the cold weather but feel free to join in on the message boards. I'm sure we'll start meeting up again soon.
