I have a 10 month old son & was in a real estate course when I was pregnant. The long and short of it is I never finished the taking the final state licensing exam because I had some health issues and finslly once my son was born, I decided to not pursue it in favor of a business venture with my uncle. I was also told that time-wise it would be very unrealistic to embark on a new real estate career with a newborn. Anyway, I know your request is a little dated but I'm curious about your proposal.
