Technically speaking, I could suggest that you use my husband as he is a licensed agent and very experienced, 25+ yrs in the business, etc. However, 99.99% of our listings are distress sales where the bank pays us, instead of the seller. Because of the nature of our listings, we don't typically do the 360 virtual tours, an open house every month, or glossy flyers.
This being said, it is absolutely critical in the current market to get your price right the FIRST time - otherwise your house becomes a stale listing that other agents pass over...Price is what ultimately sells a house!!!!!! And, we can give you a REAL assessment of value so that it will sell in a reasonable amount of time, and can help you find a terrific new place that is likely priced under market, so you walk in with some equity!
Additionally, for all of our Realty clients, I offer my mortgage brokerage services at wholesale costs - meaning, no Broker origination fees, and "at cost" fees and rates for your loan.
