I'm in the same boat, however with a 3 year old. I work a full-time job. We could do things nights & weekends. But it's hard to find others for that.
I would love to enjoy all of the support and friendship that comes from playgroups, but I have a full-time job. I am available evenings and weekends. I have not had any luck and I want my 4 month old daughter to get more social activity-though I secretly think it would be more for me. Should I start my own or is there one out there?!

I work fulltime also. I have a 13 month old daughter and would like to join a playgroup. I havn''t seen any playgroups for working moms, which I don't understand because I know there are so many of them.
www.trianglemommies.com - has an online forum with a special forum for working moms. Playdates are scheduled at all different times. There are lots of working moms and over 1000 members total, so you're bound to find at least a few people to connect with!!
Hi, I actually just posted a request about a November 2007 mom group. I work part time as a paralegal and have a 4 month old. She will be 5 months on the 12 of this month. Her name is Emma Grace. Where in the Raleigh area are you? I am in South Raleigh.
Check out www.trianglemommies.com. This is a FREE group with support boards and tons of activities.
