My husband is graduating with his MBA in 2 weeks time and rather than the usual BBQ grad-party, I'm wondering if any of you have any last minute ideas for foods... I was too late in contacting www.partypizza.org, but am looking for something similar... Thanks!

What can I do next?

How about a taco bar or walking tacos?

Green Mill does parties and catering. I'm pretty partial to their pizza myself as my husband has worked at one for thirteen years as his second job. Of course we never have paid full price, but I swear it is the best pizza you can get in MN. The Jim Beam wings and spinich dip are perfect apps to go with the pizza too. My kids love the wings. We always ask for cucumber dill to dip them in. If you call the GM in Rosedale and talk to John the general manager you can tell them L. Minnema referred you and maybe he might give you a deal???

I agree with the taco bar or walking tacos....even works for those vegetarians you know (they can skip the meat and just do???...black or refired beans for instance.....).....Yum!

Now I am hungry!! LOl

Subway does 6-foot party subs (did that for our casual wedding reception). Davanni's does party platters of their subs (used them for a kid's grad party).
