I have an Avent Isis IQ Duo Pump for sale. Replacement shields and other parts are available. It is barely used as I decided not to go back to work as was my plan when I bought it. If you or anyone else is interested, please message me.
I am pregnant and looking for a gently used (preferrably Medela pump in style) breast pump as soon as possible. If you are looking to sale your pump or know of someone please pass the info. along to me! Thank you.
After reading some responses I believe I am going to purchase a new pump (better to be safe than sorry). I did plan to purchase all new attachment, so essentially only using the motor. I was on the fence about this anyway, but now I have made up my mind.

I have a Medela Pump N Style for sale. I used it for my son. I do not have the shields, but you can buy new ones. I was able to stay home with my little one so it did not get much use. I even still have the owner's manuel. If you want to give me a call with any other questions feel free...###-###-####.

I read in the Medela breastfeeding advice booklet that came from Babies R Us that you should not buy a used Medela pump. I was very surprised since they sell all the replacement parts, but like another member said all the pieces can't be sterilized.

I was not a breastfeeder so I do not understand all the specifics of it but I personally would not be able to used something like that used. I read this post and it just made me sick to think someone would use something like that used. It can't possibly be sterilized.
It simply does not make sense that it is truly cleaned after whomever used it first (no matter how clean they are). Your baby is the one to drink what comes out of it, sterilized or not.
Please, think again, think safety and security for your child. I'm sorry, I did not mean to offend you or any breastfeeder....
Hi A.! I also bought a used breast pump when my DD was born, but I just wanted to give you a word of caution. From the research I did, you should NOT by a used Medela Pump in Style, for hygenic reasons. Different pumps are designed differently, and there's no way to be sure that a used Medela is sufficiently sterilized. I purchased a used Ameda Purely Yours on Ebay, then went directly to the Ameda website and bought a new "Hygenikit," which includes all the tubes, valves, and other parts that the milk ever comes in contact with. That way, I got a significant discount on the expensive part (the motor), but still had new, sterile parts come in contact with the milk.
You can find used pumps on both Craigslist and Ebay. I found that the prices were better on ebay, even once you paid for shipping.
Congrats on your pregnancy, and on your decision to breastfeed!
I bought a used pump in style and feel fine about it. The parts where the milk goes through have been washed and sterilized - just like anything else you'd clean. I did the same for the tubing, just in case. Purchasing a used item is a personal choice and only you can decide for yourself. Best of luck!
Check with your insurance company because some will pay for a new one pay for you to lease one, from the hospital that can be fully sterilized.
If you still have the need, I have one I can sell VERY reasonable!
