Super Suppers is nice - don't know if they do specific high blood pressure meals. They have multiple locations - google them to find one near you. I've used the one off Plano Rd & Beltline.
My parents are quite overweight and have high blood pressure. My mother has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers. I am tired of hearing about them going to eat at Wendys every day. I want to help them out. I looked into Diet Gourmet, but frankly that is too expensive for me. I am looking for a good, assemble your own meal place, that I can go to and make them healthy meals that they can pull out and cook. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all,
K.

The Dinner Station at Coit/Spring Creek in Plano has good meals. You can assemble or they offer free pick up certain months where they assemble. www.thedinerstation.com I have found them to be more reasonable than the other places like them. You could even share meals with them to cut costs by buying the larger packages.
I agree with Melanie. You would probably save money as well by doing it yourself. I know I know....SAHM's are super busy but if you are already cooking for your family, just double the recipe or make enough extra for your parents.
You are very kind to care enough to help them.
Just a suggestion... I know you are a busy SAHM, but when preparing meals for your family why don't you make a little extra, freeze it and take it over to them a few nights a week so all they have to do is warm it up.
