C.O.
hi K., well my little sister. who is now 17 had this problem to. not to scare you but she had it til the day she started her period. then it was like she could finally remeber to get up & not wet the bed. it was an aweful battle. she also wore pull-ups til the "p" came. they do make bigger ones these day. for my advice even though not successful with my sister. talk with her about the bed wetting. make sure its not being done for attention. some children will do anything to get there parents attention. also dicuss with her its time to be a big girl no thumb sucking, or anything else thats baby like. let her know children her age do not wet the bed or suck the thumbs. encourage her & praise her for good things. just for yourself stay positive....even if you cant seem to resolve the problem. i can honestly understand where your coming from. i pretty much raised my sister as a child...my mom was there but mentally was in another worls & our dad was only home 1 day a week...he was a truck driver. my sister listens to me & not our mom...even though she still lives at home with mom...dad passed. anyways dont give up with her. i think alot of my sisters problems were associated with my mom not really being there with us....mentally. so there was no dicipline til dad got home, just no structure. nothing to really help my sister with her problem just mom always yelling at her. do your best. thats all you can do. good luck. luv always C.:)
