hello all. ok i know i should know the answer to this one but i dont know what i should do. ok 2 yrs ago after my son was born i have my tubes tied.well my problem is in feb i had a normal period just like i have had for 2 yrs right on the dot. in march i only went for 1 day and it was really light no cramping nothing more.and as of today i have yet to start.can you get pregnant if you have had your tubes tied?i mean i have been so tired,morning sickness,feeling heavy in the lower part of belly,low back aches,omg strange foods like crazy my husband laughs at me .not counting being emotional all the time for no reason at all.. please someone help me..i took a pt test last month about a week after my 1 day period but was neg.
thanks for the advise everyone. but i went to the dr.. i am 9 weeks pregnant. and so far all looks good with the baby.we are due nov,19th 2007
I got my tubes cut & tied in Jan. 2003 & have had 2 pregnancies since then, unfortunately both ended in miscarriages.

Congratulations on the new unexpected little one. This baby is definitely a miracle. It is very rare when you have a tubal that you can get pregnant again. I know you probably didn't want this baby, but now that it's coming, feel truly blessed that you get one more miracle baby!! I know you will have a lot on your plate with 6 children, but now that you have a good man at your side, you'll make it!! Congratulations!

See your doctor immediately. The chance is VERY small that you could be pregnant, but you could. It would be ectopic and extremely dangerous to you. That's one of those things that you don't even wait for an appointment but go to the ER for.

Your tubes my have came untied or you might have a tubeal pregnancy. You should go see your doctor. He should be able to do a blood test to see if you are pregnant. Hope this helps alittle.
Well I am very happy for you b/c most people don't get to have another baby just b/c of god but god said you are post to have another and you must love your children b/c he would not of gave you this baby.....i hope the best of luck and i hope ya'll wanted another baby......I have 5 kids under the age of 5.......good luck.........yours is not so close so it will be alright........I love being a mom
you probably aren't pregnant. you probably just have a hormone imbalance, but check with your doctor just to be safe it could be a tubelical preganancy.

Yes you can and usually it is a tubal! I'd go to the dr immediately!! even if the test is negative, the baby could have ceased developement and there could be a mass in your tubes that needs to be removed! I pray that that is not the case! It is devestating to lose a child! I know, I lost 2!!
There is like a very little chance that you can. I have my tubes tied and also and I went through the same thing as you are going through right now. I also go months with out having a period.

I am about 5 months pregnant now but at my first ob appt. I discussed getting my tubes tide and my doctor warned me that just because I was getting them tied I could still get pregnant. He said if I had any symptoms of a pregnancy to get to the doctor right away because the baby will grow inside the tube and if it isn't taken care of right away then the tube will actually burst and cause more serious problems.. I would definately get checked out though and sooner rather than later. Hope everything turns out okay.
You said you already knew the answer....yes you can. If I were you I would do another pregnancy test. If this one too is negative and you keep feeling like that you might want to consider a visit to your dr.
