Congrats on your pregnancy. I do not believe there are any restrictions in the third trimester. You should definitely NOT try to induce with Castor Oil, though. That can be dangerous.
Is there anything I'm not supposed to eat during the last trimester? I'm 34 weeks and noticed when I eat grapefruit I get "Braxton Hicks" contractions real bad.I'm I not supposed to eat citris stuff? I've never had that problem before and I've had 3 boys!

hi i am J.
i know that u can pritty much eat about anything u want, i have 2 kids and my youngest is 9 months. i know that i could not drink more than one glass of orange juice it made me very sick. i asked my sister what it could be because she works in a health department. she told me that everyone is diffrent just to stop drinking it or limet my self. i know that my sister ate a lot of grapefruit and drank a lot of grapefruit also. the doctor told her not to drink it no more because it can cause her to lose wait that can cause her to lose all the protiens that she needs for the baby. but i know u can eat pritty much about anything just try things and if they dont hit u good dont eat it no more . i hope this was helpful
I don't know if it's true or not, but back when everybody was doing the "grapefruit diet", a nurse told me that grapefruit in large quantities can have an adverse affect on the hormones of many women. Have you tried other citrus fruits like oranges to see what they do?
I'm generally not one to believe superstitions but for both my kids, as soon as I ate pepperoni pizza I went into labor! Granted I was over my due date with both...apparently neither of them wanted to come out...But pepperoni did the trick!
I don't think there is anything specifid to the third trimester, just the regular foods that should be restricted or limited throughout the pregnancy (certain cheeses, rare meat, some seafood, etc.).
Congrats!!
Well I have never heard anything about not eating grape fruit, but it may be that your little girl simply doesn't like it. They say that the fetus can taste what and smell what you eat so maybe she doesn't care for it. But to be certain you may want to check with your doctor.
