I am the same way!! I hate getting up in the morning and having to drop my daughter off. I want to be able to sleep in and enjoy the whole day with her!! So I started "Stay at Home and Lovin It". Now I have my own business I still work two days a week at my other job. Till the money starts rolling in! lol! But it's inexpensive and has many great advantages. I am a stay at home mom and I also work from home. I am contracted through LIVEOPS. Its hard to explain but it is soo easy and I work totally around my schedule. Basically you make as much as you want it all depends on how much time you put in. But being a stay at home mom every little bit helps! I highly reccomend checking out the website liveops.com for all of the details. They were featured on Good Morning America as well-its not like the other home from home companies.

THere are things out there, just be careful! If someone wants money up front before giving you any details, walk away. Look for companies that have been around for a while and have an established track record. I work with Stayin Home and Lovin It! and it has allowed me to be home with my son who is just over two years old. I help other moms do the same thing and I love that.

Take a look at your life and really see what it is you want to accomplish...where do you want to be in 6 months from now? 1 year from now? It might require you to step out of your comfort zone, to do something different. And that's great! Because what you have been doing until now is what brought you where you are. I have watched childen in my home for over 16 years so I could stay at home with my son. If you are thinking about staying home, I would suggest watching children. It gives you the opportunity to be with your son and also gives him the interaction he needs with other children. It is better than putting him in daycare.
