I can't help you about whether or not Parkway is a good school. However, with your question on homeschooling, I'd would be happy to answer any questions you might have. I also want to add (since this seems to come up a lot when it comes to homeschooling) that homeschool children have PLENTY of opportunity to interact with other children and people of all age groups on a regular basis. I've homeschooled for 10 years and my children have never lacked "social" interaction. There are studies which prove that homeschool children do not lack social skills in comparison to public school children. Here's an article about socialization:http://www.homeschool.com/articles/Socialization/default.asp and here's some information on studies: http://www.chayas.com/homeschoolsoc1.htm
As far as curriculum, a lot depends on your child's learning style and your teaching style. You might want to visit Home Educator's Resource on Main in Lewisville. I'm sure someone there would be able to show you different curriculum. Also, there is an annual homeschool book fair every May in Arlington where you can view a number of different curriculums.
I can't tell you what would be best for your daughter and really, neither can anyone else. You are her mom and know her best. Just do your own research into schools and homeschooling so you'll be able to make that choice based on the information you obtain (and knowing what would best suit your family).
