Hi,
Theres a great italian bakery that used to be in boynton, they have relocated to boca. They have italian pasteries as well as cakes. Its called palermo's their inside of a shop called "next store" across the exit of congress and 95.
Anyone know a REALLY good Bakery in the Boca Raton area? I dont care if its on the east or west side. I am having a graduation party for my kids and am new to the area. I usually got their cakes in New York, but I know it wont make it through the airport, onto the plane, back through the airport........ and the bakery I use wont ship it for me. I know there are some Publix down there that are fairly decent but I want something that people crave and look forward to having. Thank you very much for your help.

There are a lot of great bakeries around, but the only one where people will be talking for weeks after the event is "We take The Cake" in Fort Lauderdale. I have done many events, small and large and each time I have their cake, people are amazaed, plus they are incredibly creative. They will deliver it to you if it is a large cake as well with a delivery fee.Check out their website www.wetakethecake.com.
You want people to be impressed and actually love eating a cake?? Then this is the only place to get it from.
There is a cupcake store on 441 close to Yamato. It is in a plaza with Denny's Kids and an Outback Steakhouse. It has the most divine original cupcakes you have ever had! They will custom make them to your specs.
Saquella in Royal Palm Plaza-excellent cafe and bakery. I have also gotten a wonderful birthday from Whole Foods on Glades, though, be very specific with what you want on the cake. Bon Appetit!
