I have some advice about who to stay away from! We rented a house in Roseville that was managed by Sacramento Delta Property Management, and I would not recommend them. Of course, we were the renters and not the owners, but the people there were just rude. They were never willing to help when it came to a maintenance issue, and the lady who we had to deal with always had a bad attitude.
I wish I knew of a good company for you - sorry!

We rented when we first moved from Los Angeles and used AAA Property Management. We were very pleased with them (speaking from the tenant's side). If you have any specific questions please let me know. I have since met 3 others who used them as property managers and they were very pleased as well... no complaints.

I don't know of any good ones to offer you but I can tell you that AAA Property Management SUCKS!!
