ahh...Art Firebaugh, Coldwell Banker....my hubby works in the construction industry and when we move...it's usually a very fast move....so we came in town and took two days to look at 40 houses...WITH our kids...and Art even changes diapers! LOL!.....We communicated with him back and forth before we even got to Sacramento about houses we were viewing online and some houses he even checked out to make sure we even needed to take time to look at it...we also sent him pics of our current house and told him we like the house we lived in, but wanted something bigger, which gave him a better feel for what we were looking for...Great guy...we have always gone through Coldwell Banker during our moves and we have always been very impressed.

A lot depends on where in Sacramento you want to live. If you want to be near the airport and downtown, Natomas is one of the closest neighborhoods. I would recommend two fabulous realtors: Holly Brickner with Lyon Real Estate

I highly recommend Claudette Erickson who owns Carmichael Realty. I have used Claudette to purchase 2 personal residences and found her to be totally honest and extremely hard working. Also, because she owns the business, she demands hard work and honesty from all her staff. Claudia went above and beyond for me - updating me daily on new properties in my target area and price range at my request.
