I live in Vacaville not far from the base. My sister and her husband were in England as well. Then there are the Riley's that just moved back here. The husband is an air force dr. They were in England as well. My kids went to the Shepard of the Hills Lutheran preschool. I have 3 children. I loved the program there. And it is one of the least expensive of the preschool programs in Vacaville. If you have an questions I would be more than willing to answer them. Good luck!

I sent my children and taught at St. Marks Preschool in Fairfield. I loved it and so did my kids. It is a very family style school that really focuses on kids being kids and loving school. I am still really close with most of the staff and they are all wonderful mothers and teachers. The school is at St Mark's Lutheran Church and the phone number is ###-###-####,and the address is 1600 Union Ave. Fairfield (is right down from the mall). Good luck!! L.

Hi E.,
My son just finished a year at Bethany Lutheran Preschool. After a so-so year in a 3 year old program (in another town), he blossomed at Bethany and loved school very much. The staff is professional, warm and caring. We received the most amazing portfolio at the end of the school year. Good luck on finding the right program for your family!

P.S. I have three kids and live in Vacaville. If you need anything else, just let me know!

you can go through the city to find preschools. they are usually in a small building outside of the public elementary school. there are also many church preschools, though they are more expensive. pep school (presbyterian enrichment preschool) is good, and I hear that bethany and shepherd of the hills have a good program.
