Have you, or anyone you've known, actually gotten pregnant while breastfeeding and using the Depo shot?
***Just a side note...dollar store pregnancy tests (literally, one dollar at Dollar Tree) work better than any other test I've tried, and give you an answer very quickly. Someone mentioned it, and I just wanted to share!
My niece got pregnant while on the Depo shot (had been on for 1.5 years). Her second baby was while on the pill and using condoms, and third was after he got a V (didn't wait long enough)! They were meant to have a lovely family of three, I guess!
It is quite unlikely as long as you were not pregnant when you got the shot, hopefully they did a pregnancy test first.
Go to the dollar store and get a test... it will give you a much better answer than anyone on this site can! I've read here that they are good - even though they aren't any big brand name. Good luck!!!
No, but twice I got pregnant while breastfeeding, using a mini-pill and a spermicide.
That's why we have 3 teenagers!
