Hi J.,

I just wanted to give another recommendation for Pediatric Associates in Salem, MA. My daughter sees Dr. Mandell, who is fabulous, and my nephew sees Dr. Morgan, another fantastic doctor. In fact, the last time I was in the waiting room, Dr. Morgan was out there, playing with the kids! You really can't go wrong with any of the doctors there. The nurses are caring, and the front desk staff is very patient. Good luck!

Hi J.,

Congratulations on your upcoming first baby! I had my first child, Hannah, on January 29th of this year, and we go to Pediatric Health Care in Peabody located at 10 Centennial Drive. It's very conveniently located just off 128, and they have Saturday appointments available for sick children, and sometimes for regular well visits/physicals as well. I have no complaints, and this office was recommended to me by my nurse from the midwifery department that I went to during my prenatal visits. Maureen Carr is an RPN there, and she is wonderful. Dr. Locke is one of the many doctors we've seen there, and I like her alot.

Good luck to you!
T.

I take my son to see Dr. Orr. He works with Cape Ann Pediatricians out of Gloucester Ma. He is fantastic with kids. I could not be happier. Plus the other pediatricans are good also. They are always there to help 24 hours a day. There is always some one on call and they are not afraid to answer and questions. He does not make you feel like there are any stupid questions. He has also written a book (I have not read it yet) He also does lectures. I am having another child and I live in Beverly but in my opinion it is worth the drive.

Also they have late hours at the Peabody office which is nice if you think your child isn't feeling good around 5pm!! LOL
But like I said she is through, she really listen's, she doesn't dismiss what you say or think you are crazy when you ask all those annoying questions!! (he is my 1st child:)
Hope this helps

J.,
I am from the Peabody area and I have my three children go to Pediatric Health care. The doctors are great. I go to Peabody office when mine is closed. I live in Stoneham and I go to the one in Melrose. I know the number for Melrose. It is ###-###-#### I actually just went yesterday. My 6 yr old daughter split her head open running through the house. They glued her head instead of stitches. The good thing about them is I did not have to go to the emergency room. My doctors name is Dr. Gebharte. She is wonderful.
Hope I helped

Hi J.,

I use Dr. Leonard Horowitz in Danvers, MA. I'm not sure if he is accepting new patients or not but he has been a great doctor. We were away in the caribean and my son and I got really sick with Broncitis, we called him for advice on what to do and we had to make phone calls back and forth for a couple of days and he had no problem with it. We ended up finding a doctor to come to the hotel and give us antibiotics and Dr. Horowitz okay'd the type and dosage over the phone. He is also a homepathic doctor as well as traditional medicine, he is not pushy about vacinations if you decide not to, for religious or medical reasons.
