Combine mashed potato, can of salmon, breadcrumbs, two eggs, finely chopped parsley and/or spring onions, salt and pepper. Form into bite-sized pieces then fry until golden.
I used to be able to buy frozen wild salmon treats for my son, but now I have to start making my own.
Can anyone recommend a simple recipe for salmon snacks that I can make and freeze?
I use canned wild Alaskan salmon.
Thanks.

It's a good idea - I actually use smoked salmon and freeze it if I have too much...thaw in the fridge overnight. I cut the smoked salmon into bite sizes and use it for our protein at dinner or as a snack during the day.
You can make salmon meatballs.
Not a recipe, but here's what I would do.
Can salmon,
1-2 eggs,
breadcrumbs,
finely minced onion, celery,
Spice however you want, maybe a little mustard and/or mayo in the mix.
roll up and bake @350 until done 30min ?
Try looking for frozen salmon patties!!
I make salmon patties, but I'm sure you could form them as small as you want.
2, 7 oz.cans salmon
3/4 sleeve of saltines, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp season salt
Combine all ingredients with hands. (I add more saltines if too wet) Form in to patties. I fry in 1/2 in. veg oil on stovetop, but I'm sure you would bake on a foil lined pan.
My kids love them dipped in mustard.
You could try www.allrecipes.com
They have a search feature by ingredient.
