Hi everyone! What do you think is a reasonable price to pay for an original, boutique quality toddler tee or onesie? Some of you have asked to see my link and it is www.wearcitrus.com. Thanks so much for all of your thoughts!

ARe they custome made or plain ones from the store?
Plain ones usually run around 6-8 bucks for a multi-pack. If they have special embordry on them around 8- 10 bucks each. I haven't shop for that stuff for a while so I might be off.

I think that most of the moms who will respond are trying to get you the best price they can find, but I think that you are asking for market research for your own business. I am also a marketer of baby items, and setting price can be challenging. I had some friends who were in the onesie/t-shirt biz and they closed shop a while ago because no one really wanted to pay the price for quality handmade items. They were selling onesies for $20 that were embellished with studs and rhinestones. Hopefully that will give you some perspective on what people won't pay!

Not sure what you mean by original? But you can purchase them in a package of 3 at kohls, target or walmart.

You can also probably find them at a good childrens used clothing store. I think there is one in parker called "childrens orcard"

Hope that helps!

An original? Not sure I understand. I would say I would never buy a baby anything expensive or over the top, one of a kind of anything unless it is just a keep sake, with puke, slobber, messes it doesn't make sense. I wouldn't pay more then $8 for a tshirt at that age nor $8 for a onsie!, I think you can get a three pack of onsies for $8 at Target.
If it is a tshirt from some place you vacation, then I would get a larger size so they can wear it later and when they are less prone to staining their clothes. Just my two cents.
