I was pregnant almost 12 years ago but I still remember the morning sickness. At the time I was commuting to New York City at 5:30 am. I remember standing on the train platform and dry heaving over the tracks - ugh - don't miss those days. The ONLY thing that helped me was to eat a few crackers with some cheese. That seemed to settle my stomach somewhat. One note - the prenatal vitamins were ADDING to my sick stomach (I've never been able to take vitamins, don't know why I thought I'd be able to take them when I was pregnant). My doctor said it was OK for me to skip them. As soon as I stopped taking them, the morning sickness disappeared - could have been that I was maybe 3-4 months along at that point or it was just the vitamins. I'll never know. Feel better!
