If you would like someone of the highest integrity, with 30 years in the business, call Russ Ambers. He is so well connected in the area - especially if you are interested in new construction. Although his office is in Dallas, he will meet you anywhere, and show you a home anywhere. He is knowledgeable about school districts, and so many other aspects of home buying that you might not even think to ask about. I highly recommend Pat Morgan with Remax. She is also my mother, but one of the best agents out there. I have never seen anyone work so hard for her clients. She has even helped them move! I have also seen her babysit while clients move. She has worked with all of my friends in every price range imaginable. Pat specializes in Plano, Allen and Frisco, but she works all of DFW. She is one of the top Remax producers in the area. She doesn't advertise as she works mostly by referral. That speaks volumes in itself. The thing that really strikes me about her style is the fact that she truly is always after the client's best interest. She will not try to close a house that she knows will cause you problems down the road. Her true passion is in finding a home... not a house for her clients' family.
