Mine is kind of long, but it was sent to me in an email last week & I liked it so much I copied it into a Word document, prettified the script, printed it out & hung it in my cubicle:

I love your quote! Reminds me of a conversation that I had with my dad once.....he and my husband are very close, and they teamed up to "talk" to me.....my dad started by saying that depression this depression that blah blah blah right after I had our baby. I told him that I wasn't depressed, I was pi**ed off...and that there wasn't enough meds for my problem. I then explained to him how I painted the entire exterior of our house by myself when my husband less than a week later had greasy mechanic handprints above the garage door and next to the hose bib....told me when I asked him to clean it up that " it's normal wear and tear, if it bother you,...you scrub them off"!!!!! GRRRRR. My father agreed with me, & later stayed with us for over a week when we had a plumbing emergency and had to replumb the whole house. He helped me demolish and put back together 2 bathrooms, and after he saw how "handy" my husband is, and how the daily chores and any home maintenance / home improvements fall on my shoulders solely, and how destructive my husband / his buddy is... He fully understands my position now!

BTW, not to be a Debbie Downer, but a lot of quotes are misattributed. The quotes are good, but people always say they are from somebody or other that they are truly not. I sometimes think it is to give the catchy phrase some weight or legitimacy? Most common names taken in vain..Mother Theresa, the Dalai Lama, John Lennon, Jay Leno, Geroge Carlin, Hitler, Confuscious. Those people all have enough great material that there is no need to perpetrate. oh, and NO! I don't mean any of the quotes listed here. You guys are all golden with me. Just a little pet peeve of mine. :)
