Pull Ups for Bedwetters

After reading several of inquiries from other moms, I do not feel as bad. My two sons,5 and 7, are still bed wetters. We did have the older one on a program with an alarm that went off when he started to wet at night (had to lay on a screen, etc), but that was a NIGHTMARE for my all of us.
My biggest problem is they are wetting through their pull ups. The biggest size I can find is 4T to 5T, but that is not working.
Any suggestions from the other moms with this situation? Where do you get your pull ups? Thanks for any suggestions/comments.

So What Happened?

I do use GoodNights and they haven't worked for him...but since last Thursday he has not worn a pull up and has done a great job. One night he woke him self up and the other nights he didn't go at all. I don't want to jinx him but had to share this!
Thanks for your suggestions.

My 5 year old uses Good Nights. She hasn't wet them through. I know this might sound weird, but how about Depends for the older child?

Goodnights. They are made by Kimberly-Clark and are sold next to the pull up section. They have ones that look like pull ups and they have ones that are boxers. They go up to I think 80 lbs. My son just turned 5 and uses those and we don't have any issues. Pull ups aren't meant to really hold that much pee. Pull ups are a training aid and can only hold a little bit. (my husband works for Kimberly-Clark and so I am well versed in the pull up area and what they are meant for). Good luck, I wish my son would start going potty at night in the bathroom, but no such luck. So, we are in the same boat.

Yep, I agree with the Good Nights. The Pull Ups only go to 3T-4T for the Night Time ones.

The Good Nights seem to work better. Out of nowhere, my son's pull ups started leaking. The GoodNights seem to be a better alternative. The smallest size is 38-65 lbs, but my son is below that weight and they fit fine.

As for older kids with bedwetting issues, I know someone who benefited greatly from a nutrition program. If you are interested in that, I could give you the information.

Good Luck,

Yes, GoodNights, my 5-year-old uses them. He is in the S/M size and they work well. It goes by weight, so you might need the S/M for the younger one and the L for the 7-year-old.

Hi - my son is a bedwetter also (he's going to be 5 in a few months). I have tried them all.....Pull-Ups, Good Nights, etc, and unfortunately, my son pees thru them ALL! So, I really have no advice (sorry!). I am going to try these things called Diaper Doublers. You can get 'em on ebay. What they are (or how they are described anyway) is a very absorbent cloth (terrycloth?) that is covered in a soft, absorbant type of cloth. They are not disposable, however.

Good luck! Let me know if you do find a solution that works.
