Professional in Home Day Care

I don't know of anyone needing 3rd shift but I've been wondering about other firefighter families like myself who need childcare on specific 'unit days'. For instance, my husband works 1 unit so on M-F 1 units and 2 unit AMs, we need childcare. Right now we just have full time care and he let's her go on days he comes home well enough rested. Or he takes the time to cut the lawn or spend one on one time with one of the children. If we could find someone with this kind of schedule, it'd be great. Preferrably someone who would come to our house up near Polaris.

Do you still have openings for full time care. i have two children who need care. We would need care from about 8:30 to 6pm. I also have another child who is in school, but he would need someone who can pick him up from my home, he's in the westerville school district.

Yes! I am a RN and right now work part time wknd nights -- the only time my husband is home. We usually have a sitter on Friday evenings until his flight arrives. I have thought about working more, all the time or part of the time, but not sure if paying someone would out weigh the benefit.
