Director that has time to give you a tour on drop in notice and proper staff to cover her while she does so.
clean establishment, bright colors, well lit and big windows.
safety: not a lot of things laying about, teachers personal items not oon the floor, teacher don't have food and drink within reach of the children or in an unprofessional manner.
look at equipment is is old or broken.
You have to look at curriculum, do you want your baby learning or just taken care of? If she will be learning then they will give you or show you a copy of the lessons for that week.
Do they serve lunch or do you have to provide the lunch each day.
Check to see what the hours are for the head teacher, check to see what teacher will be with your child each day and their hours.
I can't recommend a establishment for you, but you have to set the standard for your kid, someone can say oh such and such place is great, but it may now meet your kids needs.
