I would call your chiropractor if you can feel the baby move and just make sure the pelvis is moving properly, so the rest of your pregnancy goes well. When the pelvis "off", it can cause the baby to sit to one side or even move into a breech presenation signing you up for a c-section. Not to mention, an uncomfortable pregnancy and even if you have a vaginal delivery, it can make things much harder.

I've been adjusted through ALL of my pregnancies and was able to deliver a 10 pound 4oz baby with a nuchal hand vaginally without any tearing.
A friend went to my same chiro and she wasn't adjusted with her first and had awful pain, a long delivery, tore and all sorts of problems. She finally got adjusted with her 2nd pregnancy about monthly and caught her own baby at home - she's 5'1" and her son was 12 pounds....no tearing.
Another friend had 3 labors that all lasted 18 hours. She started getting adjusted with pregnancy #4 and didn't believe me when I told her it made things go faster. Well, from the first contraction to the birth was 4 hours.
