This is nothing to worry about at this time, in my opinion. All this says is that you have a positive titer to Toxo. A positive titer means you either have been exposed to the parasite at some point in your life (could have been YEARS ago) or that you currently have an active infection (which is highly unlikely with a number of "9"). ONE titer means nothing with regard to infection, essentially. At least two titers need to be performed to determine an active infection. It is also important to note, Toxo takes 4-5 days to become infective within the cat's BM, outside the cat's body. So if you followed normal hygiene during the care of the litter box, your chances of acquiring the infection are diminished as well.
