Pregnancy Support Pillows

Have any of you ever bought one? Are they worth the investment? At 31 weeks, I'm using 6 pillows a night and still can't get comfortable. I wake up every day achy, and with a headache because when I don't sleep well, I grind my teeth.

Any recommendations?

What can I do next?

I used many body pillows and then I got the one from Target. Its great. They have a U shaped one, I think its from Boppy, but not sure. But it really helps. Id spend the $50 so you can sleep. Usually free shipping too. Or you can try Walmart.

Target had one for less than $50. It was shaped kinda like a cheeto and it REALLY helped. Your bed has to be at least a queen though, cause they are bulky. But they do work.

I had one with my last pregnancy. I liked it until I fell asleep . After I fell asleep, I would wake up changing positions because the pillow would get in the way and need adjusting.

Have you tried a body pillow (not sure if that's the same thing)? I didn't sleep well regardless, but got one for second pregnancy and it definitely helped me to be more comfortable. Now I'm totally addicted to it, while not pregnant. Granted, it also helps my lower back pain. Worth a try? Best wishes to you in the last few weeks!

I'll tell you how I slept. I would take one pillow and put it between my legs, and lay on my right side. My hip would hurt in the morning, but I slept great. I could never sleep with a pregnancy pillow or with more than one pillow. I use the one pillow to support the belly, but that's about it.
