I am looking for a pregnancy support belt. One which will help my hips back and belly. Not simply the type to cover the gap between your pants and tops. Can any one also suggest one which breathes well, isn't too hot to wear?

My doctor had prescribed one for me since I worked in retail and was on my feet the majority of the day and my back was rally hurting.. I went to an orthopedic place and they molded it to fit my body and had to make it for me. It really did help. That is my only experience.
some say the belts really help them and others try and the belts do nothing for them.
When I was pregnant I had a sit down job - at least I didn't have to stand/walk all day.
But my back still ached.
The only time I'd get any relief was floating in a pool.
I never wanted to get out!
Didn't work for me either. I found it too itchy and hot. I do use the Bella band that covers the gap between shirts and pants, and it's tight enough to provide some support but not be crazy hot.
I bought one from Maternity Motherhood. I didn't find it to be too hot, but I have to say that I didn't find it to be helpful either. I carried straight out in the front like a beach ball and had back pain, and the support belt didn't help my back or ligament pain at all (sorry to say). YMMV
I used the Prenatal Cradle. I loved it. I worked at a hotel cleaning rooms when I was pregnant with my daughter. And in a hospital with my son. I worked up until their births with it.
